To return to the previous step, press this button.
The Pause option allows you to stop the timer for the desired time. This pause time is not recorded in the statistics.
To move on to the next step, the user must press this button.
I'm done is crucial if the user completes the application of his plan before the configured duration. This function ends plan playback and directs the user to the statistics accumulated during playback.
Display and sound effects control
Sound effects: when a step is completed, a sound is activated to indicate the end of the current step. At the end of the last step, another sound indicates the end of the sequence. To deactivate the sound effects, click on the button.
Bar size: depending on your preferences, three bar sizes are available.
Text size: if you're reading your plan in front of an audience, enlarging the text size is a very useful feature. Three text sizes are available.
Full screen: for more pleasant reading, the full screen option is available. The f11 key on your keyboard activates the same function. To exit full-screen mode, click the same button again.
Time remaining: displays the time remaining before the end of shooting.
Performance indicators
At the end of the playback, Oplan gives you a better understanding of your relationship with time and the task you've accomplished. Based on the durations of the steps in your plan, Oplan's reading summary lets you see the difference between your objectives and the actual durations recorded. In this way, you can quickly pinpoint the steps that took longer or shorter than planned.
Blue color indicates that your stage lasted exactly the same time as your goal. The difference between the actual duration of the stage and the duration of the goal is zero.
Green color indicates that your step took less time than expected. The difference between the actual duration of the stage and the planned duration is negative.
Orange color indicates that your step has taken longer than expected. The difference between the actual duration of the stage and the planned duration is positive.
Gray color indicates that the step has not been launched.
Reading statistics
At the end of your plan, a statistics page appears on the screen. These statistics allow you to see your performance at a glance. They are counted every time you leave the player page.

Share a plan

Share in 'read-only' mode
The 'read-only' mode lets you quickly share a plan without requiring students to create an account and log in. You won't have access to the statistics and modifications made by your students. This type of sharing allows students to open the link and view the plan directly in the player.

To do this, click on the 'Share' button in the top right-hand corner of the plan editor.
Plan en mode édition
You must then choose the first option 'Share with a link or QR code'.
Fenêtre de partage
You can then have the displayed QR code scanned (click on it to enlarge) or share the URL link.
Fenêtre de partage avec code QR
Share in 'edit' mode
The 'edit' mode lets you share the plan with students or colleagues who have an Oplan account. If they're in your group, you'll be able to view their plan. This type of sharing creates a copy of the plan, so each student has his or her own copy of the plan you've shared with them.
